Fluid Fertilizer Foundation

The Fluid Fertilizer Foundation (FFF) is the research and education arm of the fluid fertilizer industry. Founded in 1982, the Foundation represents the combined efforts of fertilizer dealers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers of allied products, agricultural chemical producers, commercial laboratories and basic producers of plant nutrients to provide research and educational funding for continued improvement in the application and efficiency of fluid fertilizers.
The Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporation

Kansas State University-Research and Extension

Short for the Kansas State University Agricultural Experiment Station and Cooperative Extension Service, K-State Research and Extension employs approximately 300 research scientists, 180 faculty specialists and program leaders, 270 county and area specialists, and 400 support staff in 23 departments from 5 different colleges. The Fertilizer Institute represents the makers, transporters and providers of fertilizer. While fertilizer can take many forms, from commercial products to organics, its role is simple: deliver nutrients to plants. Fertilizer companies which comprise the membership are united in one basic purpose: Help farmers produce a bountiful food supply for a growing world while at the same time protecting our environment.
